We discuss several ideas on how to cope when everything gets thrown at you.

25:00 - Shut out the distractions to help you focused on the tasks in your busy week.
25:45 - Review your progress during the week.
26:30 - Be realistic with what you can sensibly achieve in any one day.
27:00 - Enter details of any forthcoming event in your planner, no matter how far it is in the future.
